It depends on the trustee and existence of general liability insurance and
all other required insurance. However, earnings post-petition will belong to
the trustee for the benefit of creditors.

Dear Listmates,
Potential debtor (pd) is a corporation with very little asset. ...contemplating filing 7. The pd received ud from the landlord recently and ud trial date is set later this month. Ch11 is not an option for the pd. Pd wants to file ch7 to stay in the mall little longer so that pd can pay off some outstanding trust taxes, eg, sales and payroll, etc.. Advised the pd that upon filing corp ch7, the debtor can no longer stay in business and needs to close down the business immediately. Any thoughts on this.
