I don't know any bar-certified chapter 11 attorney in the Palm Desert area.
Note, however, that most Chapter 11 attorneys do not seek bar
certification. For example, there is little doubt that one of the most
renowned Chapter 11 attorneys is Kenneth Klee, who contribution to the
drafting of the Code, and he is not bar-certified. I don't think any of his
partners are, either, nor are Stutman Treister attorneys. I only know of
one bar-certified Chapter 11 attorney, who is in Orange County, but he gets
cases through the ol' boys network, not because of certification.
