Disclosing Annuity on Schedule B

Robert:
Atty was probably correct and the trustee wrong. It depends on whether it
has a cash out option or is only a stream of income. Either way, it is only
worth as much as the trustee can sell it for in the market place. If it is
a stream of income, any buyer with half brain would do a present value
calculation and then discount it further to make it worth their investment.

Disclosing Annuity on Schedule B

I am listing an annuity on Schedule B but not sure what to put under 'value'....annuity is paid 4 times per year. It amounts to less than $3,000 per year.
I ask because I just saw a 341 last week where an attorney tried to do a present value calculation on an annuity and that....well it was not well received.
