I have found that if you download the form using the little hard disk Icon right next to the printer icon on the top left of your Adobe screen the form comes up like it should with the green areas that you can type in your data . You save as the file preferably to your desktop so you can find it. A box comes up from the court that says you can't save it but just close and ignore the box. Then open the newly saved file on your desktop and voila you can enter and save it and save a copy to use for your next case.

I have Adobe Acrobat XI Pro, which has a content editing option on the Tools Tab. I used Arial 10 point font. If you have a more stripped down version you can use the Typewriter option, though youre stuck with Times New Roman.

Once the judge enters the order, complete Form USM-285 (available at the U.S. Marshals Office). Then follow the instructions on the attached form from the U.S. Marshals Office.

We will bring a motion to redeem the car, (722 Financing used to actually give us forms for the motion, I'm hoping they still do). Use three forms of evidence to back up value. The court issues an order compelling the CU to redeem the car for the value determined, and 722 gets the client into a 20% loan for that amount and pays off the CU. I hate the interest rate but with a re-set of the loan term to another 4-5 years the client's payments are actually going down, and we don't have to do a Chapter 13. Client actually very happy.

They are not fillable. What you can do, if you have Acrobat is use the
"typewriter" tool to type in each box. The tool is in different spots
depending on which version of acrobat you have. Under the latest version,
click on tools on the upper right, click on content editing, then add text.
In version X, it is in the same spot except it has a typewriter icon called
add or edit textbox. In version 9, I think you can find the typewriter icon
on the toolbar.
