Loan Mod with Aurora - they claim they need a letter

A Motion to Authorize a Loan Modification should be enough for Aurora.
If Aurora tells you different, you may want to contact the individual at the
below address. I have sent letters to this individual for two of my clients
seeking modifications with Aurora, and received almost immediate attention.
If you would like a copy of my letter, please let me know and I wold be
happy to send it with the client info redacted.
