Referral re collection law

Client was victim of ID theft in approx amount of 70k. Her only
legitimate debt is a small student loan so she doesn't need a BK
(although the BK would clear her credit report). She has
evidence/transcripts/exhibits from a criminal proceeding wherein a
third party admitted to the ID theft. The Court provided her a judicial
clearance. She needs help resolving this with creditors. Creditors
appear to be violating collection laws. Anyone want this referral?
