This question was posed to me and I was wondering what
your thoughts are.

After filing chapter 7, I received a letter from my student loan telling me
that because I made a late payment, they are raising my interest rate,
which more than doubles my payment. Is that legal? Will it be addressed in
court?
Additional information
Also, I realize the loan is not dischargeable. The payments have been made
on time for the past 6 years or so and the payment was late, not missed.

Is there any other time IEDs like this out there

Sincerely yours,

Robert Suhajda
