POCs are public records. Bring it to the Court's attention at the next
hearing on the case. Also, you may want to call the IRS staffer who filed
the POC. The name/number should be at the bottom.

Dear members:
Are proof of claims public record? If they are I think many people might
have a problem.
I downloaded a proof of claim from IRS on a client and his social security
number is all over it. YIKES
Doesn't this violate the redaction rules? AND. . . . can I get a tax
reduction for their violation of publicly disclosing his social number?
