I've been researching this section and not finding much beyond In re MAGNACOM WIRELESS, LLC [503 F.3d 984]and FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION v. NEXTWAVE PERSONAL COMMUNICATIONS INC. ET AL. [537 U.S. 293] and a few cases around the country.
Can anyone suggest any articles or treatises that would have more background?
The question is: can a municipality deny an employment application solely for the reason that the applicant has filed a case in bankruptcy?
