Need Torrance area attorney for appearance at ORAP Tuesday August 3, 2010 8:30 a.m.
I have a new client that just hired me for a Chapter 7, but needs an
attorney immediately to appear to either quash or continue an ORAP for
the above-referenced date/time, and I cannot do it, and need more time
to file the case. They served the 17 year old daughter just 12 days
before the scheduled ORAP which may be insufficient service.
If anyone has the time and inclination to do it, please contact me as
soon as possible off list. Alternatively, if you know someone who would
be good for that please send me the contact info off list. Thank you.
