Subject: [cdcbaa] Chapter 13 Two Year Plan
Hello Everyone:
Does anyone know if there is a rule where it states if Chapter 13s can
only be in either a three year plan or a five year plan?
Under what circumstances would a Chapter 13 be confirmed with a two year
plan?
Is there a judge who has had such a case brought forward?
Thank you,
Jan P. Quaglia
