I never do them. I forward the paperwork to the debtor and have then send
the completed paperwork to the creditor. It is then up to the creditor to
file with the court.

Auto Reaffirmation

(1) Anyone ever have a lender refuse to reaffirm if the debtor is delinquent on auto payments?
(2) It seems like attorney represented reaffirmation agreements are more trouble than they are worth...easier to have the Debtor do them himself or herself. Anyone else refuse to do them?
Thanks as always listmates,
Robert Vitt
