yes you may, but I would note, for the court, the only objection was withdrawn.

Dear Listmates,
More than 25 days has passed since a motion (no hearing required unless requested) has been filed. An objection has been filed but subsequently withdrawn. Can I still use form 9013-1.9 and lodge an Order or a hearing mandatory?
