I would discuss the objection and the withdrawal of the objection in the
declaration of non-opposition.

Subject: [cdcbaa] use of 9013-a(o) form when an objection has been withdrawn
Dear Listmates,
More than 25 days has passed since a motion (no hearing required unless
requested) has been filed. An objection has been filed but subsequently
withdrawn. Can I still use form 9013-1.9 and lodge an Order or a hearing
mandatory?
