Co-debtor (sic, see 1301) stay

The estate contains all of the community property of the debtor and spouse.spouse, you would ruin plan and steal from the estate. Prohibited to keep estate intact. Haven't read the cases on 1301 and who has standing to enforce the codebtor stay in a long time, but to assuage my laziness, I just have the debtor enforce the stay.
