Debtor served, continues to get pleadings, demand letters, etc. on workers comp claim filed against him. Assuming the stay/discharge applies just as with any other collection effort? Someone once told me that this is not always the case with regard to comp claims, but that doesn't sound right to me, and unless I glanced right over it, I saw nothing in 362 or 524 to suggest otherwise.
