We are making progress, but we missed the August deadline to get the package on the Judge's calendar for approval of the package in September. We are redrafting all of the documents again this month and shooting for the December Judge's conference.

there is a new ds new plan, and and entire set of motions for getting from a to z. Well maybe not an entire set, we haven't drafted, yet, a motion to confirm. We are trying to make it have more of a chapter 13 format. I hope everyone likes it. I'm taking it to Jon Hayes house to be vettted on Sunday. If he doesn't throw me in the pool.
