No comment as to Schedule I/J but may not likely withhold objection to
higher exemption amount if seeking to protect a homestead under a family unit
(ie $100,000 as opposed to $75,000).

Potential Ch 13 Client has long term [30 years] live in girlfriend he claims
as a dependent for tax purposes. The relationship appears to pass the IRS
dependency test. Has anyone successfully argued that a girlfriend is a
dependent for bankruptcy filing?
I already suggested marriage, given that both persons are long term AARP
members.
