So couldn't we move to compel the trustee to abandon the house early in the
case to the Hymnan issue doesn't arise? I'm gonna start sticking that
provisoon in the miscellaneous provisions, then bring it up what this
problem is at confirmation. The debtor doesn't get to lower his plan
percentage in the event his home equity decreases.
