10 years for bk on credit report

I agree with Dennis. I don't remember it ever being 7 years. It has
always been 10.

Brian, et al:
Seems to me the time a chapter 7 could remain on a credit report
actually went down from 14 years to 10. Didn't have time to run to
the library and pull some old codes. Don't think it has ever been
seven, but I have been wrong before. Doesn't Ex post facto only
apply to criminal?
