That depends on the terms of the judgment.
Most that I've seen aren't sufficient to certify and record with the county because they vaguely reference completion of the plan and/or discharge.the lien, the get the bankruptcy court to certify a copy and record it in the country recorder's offer so that the debtor will not have trouble with a sale or refinance transaction in the future.
