Is there an anti alienation clause in the disclosures that came with the

Has anyone had a case involving a Section 529 educational savings
account? Is it exempt? Is it property of the estate? Does anyone know
if there is a restraint on alienation of the account? Does anyone have
the statutory citation for this type of account?
