I just learned about this group from Nate Berneman. What a great tool.
My 36-year old client, a hospital surgery-scheduler for 8 years, has had
recurrent and severe carpel tunnel syndrome for 7 years.
The client has had many treatments and two surgeries, one on each wrist,
and has been on workers compensation disability for eight months, but is
unable to return to work.
I think the Rostler case (169 BR 408) supports her eligibility for the
$125K homeowner's exemption. Is there any other case authority on this
question? Thanks for any comments.

I just learned about this group from Nate Berneman. What a great
tool.
My 36-year old client, a hospital surgery-scheduler for 8 years,
has had recurrent and severe carpel tunnel syndrome for 7 years.
The client has had many treatments and two surgeries, one on each
wrist, and has been on workers compensation disability for eight
months, but is unable to return to work.
I think the Rostler case (169 BR 408) supports her eligibility
for the $125K homeowner's exemption. Is there any other case
authority on this question? Thanks for any comments.
