Thanks to all who attended today's meeting.
Update:
The temp US trustee is apparently insisting the local trustee's
match the national average for assets cases. Here this will require
a two percent, or more, increase in asset cases, that's TOW MORE
from each set of creditor's meetings. This means trustees will be
looking for the extra tv from everyone using 704 exemptions.
It is your job to do exemption planing. Do it before a petition is
filed.
Ok, Second, Casey White gave an excellent presentation on
Discharging Taxes in Bankruptcy. Thank's Casey. (Although, I
interupted too often, sorry)
Please let us know what ethics topic to cover next meeting, we need
some bankruptcy ethics!!!
