If the bk judge didn't think so, you have to get
another stay pending appeal. The rfs order will be
followed in the state court as the state court judge
will believe the bk judge knows more how the stay
works.

I got a Order Granting Stay Pending Appeal from the BAP on3/23/04.
Debtor's ex-wife moves for RFS regarding Family Law matters, (e.g.,
custody/visitation, modification of child support). Judge Zurzolo
granted this RFS motion. Does the Court have the power to grant
this motion? Stay literally states, "All administration of this
case is stayed pending resolution of this appeal by the BAP or
further order of this Panel."
