I think the trustees should put the attorneys first because some of the pro
per cases take up too much time on irrelevant or procedural issues.

I agree. Attorneys should be first. Unless we're late. In which case, our client's case should be taken as soon as we arrive and our tardiness excused.
But seriously, I do agree we should have priority.

Absolutely, put the attorneys first. It's bad enough not being able to calendar specific dates, but being number 15 on the 9:30 calendar kills the whole morning. If I have an 8:30 state appearance, I cannot late call it for 9:30-10:00 and I cannot make the appearance at 8:30 and still get to the 341a on time. I would prefer that all attorney represented 341a hearings (7 or 13) were on the first calendar of the morning or first calendar of the afternoon (second choice). My third choice would be late morning (11:00 A.M.).
