Does Payment of HOA Claim in full in Chapter 11 under 11 USC 363(f) .
release any other claims that the Property Owner may have against the HOA
for damages to his Property that Debtor spent money repairing (i.e. leaky
roof and subsequent damage Debtor repaired); And breach of contract for
money owed to the debtor that he loaned the HOA? I think not. . . but
anyone have experience with this?
