The Southern District is a different animal. Do not assume that any
of our local Chapter 13 rules apply. I like to use Cory Briggs or
Michael Gardner for bankruptcy practice down there.

Ivan Trahan used to practice in Ventura and San Diego. He went back to San Diego fulltime and is a good contact for your Southern District needs. Gautschi
