The Passing of Our Friend and Colleague, Joseph T. Bagby

On Saturday afternoon, November 13, 2004, Joseph T. Bagby passed away
at the age of 65 after a brief illness, at the hospital, surrounded
by friends and family. Joe was a long time sole practitioner in the
Santa Clarita Valley, primarily representing consumers. Joe served
his country as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy, had a degree
in Electrical Engineering, and was admitted to the United States
Patent Office. Everyone will remember Joe as a quiet, well mannered,
affable, and always professional attorney. His presence at meetings
of creditors and in court will be missed.
Services for Joe Bagby are being held at the Church of Latter Day
Saints starting with a viewing this afternoon, November 17, 2004,
between the hours of 4:00 and 5:30, with funeral services at 6:00
p.m., at the LDS Church, 24915 Peachland Avenue, Newhall,
California. Full military burial services will be held Thursday,
November 18, 2004, at the Riverside National Cemetary, 22495 Van
Buren Blvd., Riverside, California.
