Extension of time to nominate directors

It has come to my attention that due to the slow Thanksgiving holiday
mail, many of you have just received the nomination forms for the
2005 Board of Directors.
Therefore, the deadline to submit a candidacy of a board position has
been extended to Wednesday, December 8, 2004. any fax submissions
should be sent to 818-507-6800.
