Post filing chapter 7 eligility question.

I have a client who was unemployed at the time of the filing of his
Chapter 7 bankruptcy case. One week before the 341(a) hearing, he
has now obtained employment which nets him $4,500.00 per month. Does
he face a 707(b) motion or was his eligibility set at the time of
filing?
