No, the client says they have only his income value, but anything with
income on an ongoing basis has potential value. He doesn't know what the
market value would be.

Vern,
I believe that the 703 wildcard IS the only exemption available for the
copywrited songs. Do the songs have any verifiable MONETARY value? The only
copywrited songs I've ever seen administered by a Chapter 7 Trustee were
some songs sold in Toni Braxton's Ch. 7. David Gill was the Te assigned.

I have a client who has copyrights for songs he wrote, and songs he
performed. He is afraid of losing them in a bankruptcy. The only
exemption I see is the 703 wildcard. Is there some other exemption
for intelectual property?
