Louis,
I have been going back and forth about joining your rules committee. I have a lot of ideas and would love to help, but I have a lot of things going at the moment and am reticent to make a full blown commitment to something like that. However, I'm not against helping and doing work. Would it be beneficial to provide suggestions and do some work on an informal basis?
For example, I think we need to work with the Courts and USTO to streamline Ch. 11 to provide a process for debtors who don't qualify for Ch. 13 to use Ch. 11, perhaps without having to go through all the burdensome initial 7-day requirements, etc. I sent you an e-mail earlier today with an issue regarding creditor notice addresses, etc.
Let me know if I can be of assistance in any way.
Mark
