enlisting others' support

I just got back from a private dinner with some friends and among the guests was Nancy Knupfer (Trustee). She and I were chatting about what our group is trying to do vis a vis getting judicial support, rules changes, etc. She hadn't even heard of our group and suggested strongly that we try to enlist the support of all the bar groups. Nancy is affiliated with the Beverly Hills Bar, but as you know there is a Bar group for every county and many cities in this district. I think it would be helpful to let them all know what we are doing and we could have them sign off on any letters/general orders, etc. that we are writing. It's a way to immediately increase the effectiveness of anything we are doing.
