It really changes nothing here. It merely says that IRA's are included in the exemptable accounts under the retirement exemptions. It doesn't change the amount exemptable or anything else.

Although I read only the syllabus of the case, it appears to apply
only to jurisdictions which select the federal exemptions under sec
522. If this is correct, then the case will not help our debtors
here in CA.
