Without looking too deeply into it, the 703s with the Wildcard should cover it all nicely. I don't think you can separate the exemption on the PI cases. It's $18675 total, but again, you should have enough in the wildcard to cover the difference and the automobiles.

has about $44,000 combined totals in an IRA and a Sep IRA. she was in 2 separate auto accidents about 6 mos. apart and just got the settlement checks last week, $15,000 amd $10,000 respectively. her only other asset is a 2002 honda civic that was in both accidents, with about $5000 - 6000 of equity.
is each p.i. case exempted up to $18,675 or am i better off using 704 exemptions and taking a chance the trustee won't take her car..
