David,
Your absolutely right. Right after I posted this message, I called Judge
Russell's law clerk and she said the same thing: prepare an amended
stipulated order, attach the prior stipulation as an exhibit, then prepare a
declaration explaining what changes occurred and why.
thanks!

In my opinion: A notice and motion to amend the order; append a copy of the
new, corrected order (stipulation); you can copy back to back for the
parties, not for the court copies; no hearing necessary if no objections are
filed; then just file the new order with a notice of entry and
proof/service. CF

Does anyone know the procedure for amending a previously stipulated
court order. Creditor and I entered into a stipulated order for the
redemption of the debtor's vehicle. Unfortunately, there were to
errors in the wording of the order that needs to be changed.
Stipulated order has already been entered. What to I do to amend the
order to read the correct language? Thanks everyone.
