Maybe the ticket will be discharged. I assumed that your clients ticket was
in california. A number of years ago, I had a client that discharged
approximately $8000.00 in parking tickets from his former hometown of
Chicago, IL. I have no idea why parking tickets in Chicago are discharged
and tickets in Los Angeles are not.

i think i'll send them a 523 a7 letter and see if it goes away. i've never had this either
