Using Fake SS#

Dear group
I have a Chapter 7 client who tells me that he used his mom's social
security number to get one credit card. There is a $20,000 balance on
that account. Can we list the debt in his petition and file a
declaration regarding use of a false social security number to get the
debt discharged. If so, will the debt be extinguished as to the
mother? Any feedback would be appreciated.
