Situation:
Commercial property in Orange County, with a tenant who recently filed a
Chapter 11 proceeding in the Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of
Texas, which is in San Antonio. The tenant is continuing to occupy the
premises and operate its restaurant, but is not paying rent.
Can anyone please provide me with the name of good, reputable creditor's
counsel in the W.D. Texas?
