CH 13 debtor's max support payment to retired husband in separate

Dear listmates,
Is there a guideline on the acceptable monthly support payments that a debtor can make to a retired spouse living in a separate household?
I have a debtor who is planning to file ch 13 (not income qualified to file ch 7), and she sends about $650 per pay date, or twice a month, to support husband who is retired and living in the Phillipines.
