Is there any requirement to re-record an NOD after relief from stay

NOD recorded pre-BK. Chapter 13 is in 59th month. Lender has been paid
arrears through the plan but there are postpetition arrears. Lender just
obtained relief from stay. Do they have an obligation to re-record the
NOD, or can they go ahead and post the NOS?
