DiTech Mortgage Servicing

I am attempting to help someone with a 7 year old bankruptcy with a 1st and
2nd mortgage. The 2nd mortgage is serviced by DiTech, and would need to be
subordinated to the new approved 1st mortgage, which will save the homeowner
a great deal of money each month.
DiTech Customer Service will not even release any info for the mortgage
broker to get to discuss the subordination because the 2nd mortgage was not
reaffirmed in the bankruptcy 7 years ago. The mortgage brokers tell me they
have been working at this for 60 days.
I think this might be a great case for the Attorney Generals Mortgage
Monitor to get involved with. Does that person even still exist? I know
she spoke to our group some time ago.
