You should definitely write a letter addressed to both the U.S. Trustee's
Office and the Chapter 13 Trustee. I believe Atty. Jill Sturtevant is the
contact person at the U.S. Trustee's Office. Call them and ask to whom you
should address the letter. I had this in one of my cases and I advised
both offices and filed an objection to the claim. Keep us updated because
we have to fight this fraud.
I like Gerald's Notice to Creditors. You should copy and file it.

I sent letter to bank let's see if they respond and trustee withdraws
motion. If not will take action accordingly. In the mean time I prepared
a declaration for myself and Judge Riblet to alert her to what is going on
that i'm going to file.
