Judge Zurzolo - Motion to Value now, AP later?

I always file the adversary now. My fear is that if I wait and property
values should go up, it could get harder to get appraisal for value on date
of filing?

Judge Zurzolo yesterday gave another reminder that, given 3% of Chapter 13
get a discharge, it's more efficient to do a Motion to Value upon filing and
save the time-consuming AP towards the end of the case.

Curious: how many of us, when your Chapter 13 is assigned to VZ, follow this
approach when the client expects to have a junior lien avoided? Please
reply-all only if you typically do it the way the honorable judge suggests.
