I filed an adversary like this more than a year ago on the local form, and Judge Riblet said nothing about it.
For clerks, I find both Kam Rust (805/884-4873) and Jim McNabb (805/884-4881) to be particularly helpful, if sometimes loquacious.

In Northern Division and Judge Riblet's court, it is very helpful to call
the court and ask them for their procedures. I agree with Jonathon that
they are very helpful.
The do things a bit different up there, so it's best to ask how they want
things done.

We are about to file a new Lam motion in Santa Barbara. I have seen Judge Riblet reject local forms before because she does not like them, including the adversary complaint form F 4003-2.5.COMPLAINT.
Does anyone know if she still requires the adversary to avoid junior liens on residences to be pleading paper format (with her specific terms) or does she now allow the local forms? (I know her process, just need to know about the forms.)
