Hijacking Disciplinary Order
It would only be true justice if the state or us attorney would prosecute
all the KG-Financials out there. Most of the fraud out there right now is
taking place when non-attorneys are deeding an interest of the homeowner's
property to a C13 debtor, without the debtor's knowledge. We also have the
C11 issue where homeowners are being advised to deed a small interest to a
corp in C11 - this is something that is also being orchestrated almost
exclusively by non-attorneys, and they've been doing it for years. These
non-attorneys are collecting $1000+/mo from each homeowner to keep them in
active and perpetual bankruptcies.

Deep, profound, stirring empathy for loanmod clients doesn't mean you can
break the rules. The ends don't justify the means.
Also, filing solely for the purpose to delay foreclosure is a misuse of
bankruptcy process.
