Problem with CM/ECF adding Creditor in order file Proof of Claim

I am trying to file a proof of claim. The creditor was not listed in the creditor list filed by the debtor so I cannot file the proof of claim until the creditor is added in the system. The CM/ECF manual says to select the Add creditor hyperlink. I cannot find any such hyperlink in CM/ECF. Does anyone know where that link is located?
