Client is coming out of a horrendous divorce and he was assigned half of the
outside professional fees. I see no reason why those fees are not
dischargable, as they are not similar to opposing parties attorneys fees
which may be non-dischargable.
But any reason that these are not dischargable?
PS. I would list them either way as I would wait for the adversary to make
sure. But I want to make sure I am reading this correctly.
