My clients have just filed their Chapter 13 and have their 341 next week, confirmation still upcoming in August. But they have an offer to sell their house and they wish to sell it. This sale will pay all the arrearages, and pay all the fees.
Can I do this before confirmation? I have tried calling the trusteeone.
So should I just file my motion and move forward? Escrow is open and pending so I will really need to get this right. Anyone have any experience here?
